The battery replacement lift is a robust and precise solution designed specifically for safe and efficient electric vehicle battery replacement. It is based on a hydraulic scissor lift mounted on a mobile wheeled chassis, ensuring stability, flexibility, and ease of operation in workshop environments.
During the battery replacement process, the vehicle is first raised to the required height using a standard two-post lift. The battery replacement lift is then positioned underneath the vehicle, and the platform is elevated to the working height using hydraulic cylinders. Final fine positioning is achieved via integrated mechanical adjustment screws, allowing precise alignment with the battery mounting points.
Once the battery mounting bolts are removed, they are conveniently stored in a dedicated drawer integrated into the platform. The battery is then safely lowered together with the platform, ensuring controlled and secure handling.
The lift is equipped with specially designed wheels that prevent jamming or obstruction when passing over small floor obstacles such as screws or tools, maintaining smooth mobility across the workshop floor.
To simplify battery installation, the platform allows limited lateral movement. After releasing the locking mechanism, the operator can manually adjust the platform position with small, controlled movements, ensuring accurate alignment of the battery mounting screws during reinstallation.
For maximum safety and stability during operation, the lift can be securely fixed to the workshop floor using dedicated locking mechanisms.
