This is a high-quality, low-profile hydraulic scissor lift, designed for professional use in automotive service workshops. The lift is ideally suited for fast wheel service and replacement, as well as for servicing selected transmission components where quick and reliable vehicle lifting is required.
The lift is specifically intended for express wheel service operations, making it an excellent solution for tire fitting, balancing, and quick maintenance areas. For safe and stable lifting, the wheelbase of the serviced vehicles must be extended.
This model offers flexible installation options – it can be recessed into a service pit or installed directly on the workshop floor, allowing easy integration into various workshop layouts.
The control unit and hydraulic power pack are housed in a single metal enclosure, which is installed next to the lift. The hydraulic circuit is equipped with hydraulic safety valves, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Drive-on ramps (bridges) are installed on both sides of the lifting platform, providing convenient vehicle access.
The product is sandblasted and powder-coated, ensuring long service life, high corrosion resistance, and durability under intensive daily use.

Engineering Responsibility and Compliance
At Hidrotiltai (Hydrobridges), every lifting system is developed through a comprehensive engineering process to ensure reliability, safety, and structural integrity.
Our company performs the complete design and engineering of the equipment, including:
🔹 Kinetostatic calculations
🔹 Structural strength analysis
🔹 Stability calculations
🔹 Full mechanical design and construction
Because the engineering process is carried out internally, we are able to issue the CE marking for our equipment ourselves, confirming compliance with the relevant European machinery regulations.
During the design and development process, we follow applicable EU machinery directives and standards, including:
✔️ EN 1570-A2 — Safety requirements for lifting tables and lifting platforms.
For manufacturing, we cooperate with production partners that operate under ISO 9001 quality management standards, ensuring consistent production quality and process control.
