All individual components used in our equipment—such as hydraulic systems, electrical control units, and other critical parts—are sourced exclusively from highly experienced and reputable manufacturers, including ELECTRIC BOX, KERVI, DOMINGA INDUSTRY, LENZE, and others.
Following assembly, each unit undergoes a rigorous inspection through our proprietary Quality Assurance Program to ensure superior performance and reliability. Every product is documented with our company’s unique mark, and all procedures adhere to the DIN EN 1090 standard.
Our equipment fully complies with the EC Machinery Directives and carries the CE mark. Upon completion of production, each device is subjected to thorough inspection and testing. These evaluations not only verify technical parameters but also confirm compliance with all relevant machinery directives. The results are formally documented in a test protocol, which forms an integral part of the product documentation.
All devices are manufactured in Lithuania, with individual components supplied by globally recognized companies such as Brevini, Hypress, Rexnord, SKF, among others. Years of experience have allowed us to carefully select suppliers equipped with the highest-quality steel processing technology.
Our products are also showcased at the LOGIMAT Logistics Exhibition, demonstrating their innovation, quality, and reliability to an international audience.
Our products are manufactured in full accordance with applicable European standards and are delivered with either an EU Declaration of Conformity or a Declaration of Installation.
We source manufacturing services exclusively from companies that adhere to the required welding procedure standards. As a result, our products meet Welding Suitability Class E according to DIN 18800-7, with compliance extended to DIN 15018 and DIN 4132 standards.
Before painting, the product undergoes sandblasting to ensure a clean, smooth surface. Following sandblasting, a Tikkurila epoxy primer is applied, forming a protective layer of at least 120 microns, which provides excellent adhesion and long-lasting corrosion resistance.
After priming, all welds are protected with a thick, durable layer of paint, ensuring enhanced corrosion resistance and a high-quality finish.
The product is coated with TIKKURILA polyurethane paint to ensure a durable and high-quality finish. A uniform layer of 160 microns is applied and allowed to dry under controlled conditions—at 25 °C with ambient humidity not exceeding 25%. After 24 hours of curing, the product is fully assembled, guaranteeing both optimal adhesion and long-lasting protection.
For deliveries to customer facilities, we engage professional carriers operating trucks specifically designed for transporting large-sized equipment. All drivers are fully qualified, properly equipped, and hold the necessary slinger licenses to ensure safe and efficient handling of all products.
