DESCRIPTION
LIFT BALANCE is an advanced two-car parking lift system designed to maximize parking capacity while ensuring independent and safe vehicle access. Unlike conventional stacked parking solutions, this independent parking lift allows the upper vehicle to be retrieved without moving the vehicle parked below, making it ideal for both private garages and public parking facilities.
One of the key advantages of the LIFT BALANCE car parking lift is its no-pit installation design. The installation does not require excavation or recessed foundations. Instead, the lift is mounted on a reinforced concrete base of specified dimensions, installed flush with the parking floor level. Only standard electrical power connections are required, significantly reducing construction time and installation costs.
The LIFT BALANCE parking system is available in two configurations to suit different use cases:
Private Garage Parking Lift
The private garage parking lift version offers additional flexibility by allowing a motorcycle or bicycle to be parked in the lower position when the lift is partially occupied. This makes it an ideal solution for residential garages, villas, and premium private parking spaces.
Public Parking Lift System
The public parking version is a more sophisticated automated parking lift system. In this configuration, the vehicle is automatically positioned into the lower parking space. The driver leaves the vehicle on a designated platform, and the system completes the parking process autonomously, ensuring precise positioning, increased safety, and consistent operation in high-traffic environments.
The LIFT BALANCE vehicle lift raises and lowers vehicles from the side, enabling exceptionally fast operation. The time required to lower a vehicle to the lower parking position does not exceed 18 seconds, making it suitable for commercial parking garages, office buildings, and public parking structures with high vehicle turnover.
Independent access to both parking spaces
No pit required – surface-mounted installation
Fast lowering time (≤ 18 seconds)
Side-lifting mechanism for efficient operation
Increased safety with 4.5° vehicle tilt
Suitable for private garages and public parking facilities
Optimized for modern car parking systems

Lower position in profile projection
Lower position in the plane
During lifting and lowering, the vehicle is tilted 4.5 degrees toward the parking bay. This controlled tilt significantly increases operational safety by improving clearance and reducing the risk of contact with the vehicle parked below. The design minimizes collision risk and protects vehicles throughout the entire parking cycle.
