LIFT BALANCE Independent Two-Car Parking Lift System
The LIFT BALANCE is an advanced two-car parking lift system designed to maximize parking capacity while providing independent and safe vehicle access. Unlike traditional stacked parking lifts, the LIFT BALANCE allows the upper vehicle to be retrieved without moving the lower one, making it ideal for both private garages and public parking facilities.
One of the key advantages of the LIFT BALANCE system is its no-pit installation design. The lift is mounted directly on a reinforced concrete base, flush with the parking floor, eliminating the need for excavation or recessed foundations. This significantly reduces installation time and costs, requiring only standard electrical connections.

The LIFT BALANCE system employs a side-lifting mechanism, enabling exceptionally fast vehicle access. Lowering a car to the bottom parking position takes ≤ 18 seconds, making it ideal for commercial garages, offices, and public parking facilities.

During lifting and lowering, the vehicle is tilted 4.5 degrees toward the parking bay. This controlled tilt significantly increases operational safety by improving clearance and reducing the risk of contact with the vehicle parked below. The design minimizes collision risk and protects vehicles throughout the entire parking cycle.
