VPORT 2.3 Two-Post Parking Lift
The VPORT 2.3 Two-Post Parking Lift is specifically engineered for convertible vehicles and applications where improved accessibility is essential.
Unlike standard vertical lifts, the VPORT 2.3 features a unique lifting mechanism: as the platform rises, the rear section elevates evenly, creating a 6-degree incline in the upper position. This controlled angle provides additional clearance and practical advantages for vehicle positioning and user comfort.
The inclined upper platform makes this model particularly suitable for:
Convertible vehicles
Vehicles requiring adjusted parking geometry
Installations where an easier lower-level exit is necessary
One of the key functional benefits of the VPORT 2.3 design is improved convenience for drivers exiting the vehicle parked in the lower position. The slight elevation of the upper platform creates more ergonomic access space below.
6° angled upper platform design
Smooth hydraulic lifting system
Improved access to lower parked vehicle
Ideal for convertible parking solutions
Space-efficient two-post structure
The VPORT 2.3 is a refined vertical parking solution that combines structural simplicity with enhanced user comfort and specialized vehicle compatibility.
Springs of appropriate stiffness are installed inside the hydraulic cylinders, which ensure a smoother lifting movement and increase safety.
Sliding bearings are used in all articulated joints of the lift, with lubrication points screwed in for periodic lubrication.
The entrance ramp is made of a 6 mm thick corrugated (cici visa) sheet. The main surface of the platform is made of 3 mm thick omega profiles.
The control box is made of a 1.5 mm thick sheet, the inner surface is covered with sound-insulating material. The electric control unit, hydraulic station, and hydraulic equipment are installed in the box.
Electromagnetic shut-off valves are used as safety elements
and are installed directly on the hydraulic cylinder landing water main. Since a pair of hydraulic cylinders operating in parallel are installed to increase safety, hydraulic oil flow dividers are installed to synchronize their operation regardless of the load.
Each lift column has two rails and four rollapparat. The rails are thick-walled and the rolling surfaces are precisely milled. Rollapparat consists of a body and wheels with SKF bearings. The main rolling stock receives the main radial load, the other rolling stock performs the centering of the movement.
