Two-Post Parking Lift with 7° Inclined Platform
This two-post parking lift is specifically designed for convertible vehicles and installations where improved accessibility and additional platform width are required.
As the lift rises, the rear section of the platform elevates evenly, forming a 7-degree incline in the upper position. This engineered angle enhances vehicle positioning while significantly improving convenience for users accessing the lower parked vehicle.
The inclined configuration creates more ergonomic exit space, making daily use more comfortable and practical in confined parking environments.
A key advantage of this model is its widened platform design. Thanks to the extended width, the system is also suitable for larger vehicles, including minibuses such as the Volkswagen Transporter T7.
7° inclined upper platform
Enhanced accessibility for lower-level vehicles
Widened platform construction
Suitable for convertibles and larger vehicles
Stable and reliable hydraulic lifting system
Space-efficient vertical parking solution
This model combines comfort, flexibility, and increased vehicle compatibility, making it a versatile solution for both residential and commercial parking projects.
Springs of appropriate stiffness are installed inside the hydraulic cylinders, which ensure a smoother lifting movement and increase safety.
Sliding bearings are used in all articulated joints of the lift, with lubrication points screwed in for periodic lubrication.
The entrance ramp is made of a 6 mm thick corrugated (cici visa) sheet. The main surface of the platform is made of 3 mm thick omega profiles.
The control box is made of a 1.5 mm thick sheet, the inner surface is covered with sound-insulating material. The electric control unit, hydraulic station, and hydraulic equipment are installed in the box.
Electromagnetic shut-off valves are used as safety elements
and are installed directly on the hydraulic cylinder landing water main. Since a pair of hydraulic cylinders operating in parallel are installed to increase safety, hydraulic oil flow dividers are installed to synchronize their operation regardless of the load.
Each lift column has two rails and four rollapparat. The rails are thick-walled and the rolling surfaces are precisely milled. Rollapparat consists of a body and wheels with SKF bearings. The main rolling stock receives the main radial load, the other rolling stock performs the centering of the movement.
