SINGLE GIRDER GANTRY CRANE

   The crane rigging is made of a two-wire beam IPE450 with an additional stiffening rib and side kicks (steel S355). Construction tension is applied during installation.

 Wheel and motorcycle blocks are made in UAB Roitex. LENZE drives and frequency converters are used for monoblock drives.

  The lifting-transverse transmission gear is made in Germany by the company KULI.

The elements of the company GIOVENZANA are used for energy transmission systems.

The advantage of this type of crane is that no columns are needed for the installation of the post-crane track

Safety elements

   Lifting limit switch: Prevent the hook out of control when it has been lifted to the top position

Traveling limit switch: Stop the crane traveling smoothly when traveling to the rail ends

Overload limiter: Prevent for the overload

Wire rope guide: Align the wire rope neatly on the reel to prevent the wire rope from messing and overlapping
