Service lifts - lifting equipment with small cabins. Their feature is high lifting speed and height. They are installed in closed shafts. Areas of use: fast delivery of documents between floors in offices, delivery of meals in catering establishments from the preparation room to the dining room, delivery of small loads in individual living spaces (e.g. a bottle of wine from the wine cellar to the kitchen). These elevators are installed in closed shafts or glazed tambours.
Elevators specially designed for the vertical transport of small loads are used in various service sectors: restaurants, hotels, offices, libraries, warehouses, hospitals, etc.
These maintenance lifts comply with the Machinery Directive 89/393/EEC. They are supplied with the CE mark. Due to standard manufacturing and strict quality control, these lifts are durable and reliable at the same time as a product with a very competitive price. The production of modular elements, prefabricated electrical installation, ready for switching on, as well as the pre-assembly of several elements significantly reduce the installation time. A wide range of dimensions meets all needs. They are available in two different finishes: powder-coated and galvanized. We produce for the food industry from stainless steel (brand 316), both for the door and the lift.
The lifts conform to the model of a medium-duty service lift, suitable for lifting small loads or loading handcarts. For these service lifts, the service height is aligned with the lower part of the cabin, they can be used in a variety of ways, for example in hotels for laundry and restaurant services, in shops, for the transportation of packages for institutions, or in factories for every vertical transportation solution.
The door is equipped with a magnetic lock and a protective electrical contact so that it cannot be opened without the cabin. Automatically operated doors are available as well as fire doors (PF-60).
The control panel buttons are designed to call and send to all floors, with control light indicators to show the elevator position and an acoustic signal to indicate arrival. All these elements operate at a low voltage of 24 V as a safety measure.
