Hydrobridges - a versatile loading device used for servicing trucks (furrows). Depending on the type of vehicle being transported, hydraulic ramps of several models are used.
The most widespread is the standard hydraulic ramp model, which is used for load handling from standard trailers with a flooring height of 1200mm. Such a ramp is mounted in a specially prepared place and raised to 1200mm asphalt. There are two types of ramps: with a folding bridge and a displacement. The standard ramp height adjustment range is + 220mm -280mm, so it is only suitable for standard trailers and marine containers.
The extended platform ramp is suitable for servicing the heights of a wider range of heights. These ramps can serve marine containers, and standard and Jumbo (low-floor) trailers.
The extended ramps with lifting ramps have the widest range of height equalization (+ 220mm - 650mm) and are suitable for servicing marine container trailers up to micro-buses.
If there is space in the warehouse and there is no possibility to make a large trailer for parking on the access to the building, a hydrofoil with an overpass is used.
The extended platform ramp is suitable for servicing the heights of a wider range of heights. These ramps can serve marine containers, standard, and Jumbo (low-floor) trailers, or if expensive, easy-to-load loads are loaded and require a smaller ramp angle than the loading regulations (8%).
This model ramp is designed to serve micro buses as it is narrowed to 1.4m wide and mounted on a 1.2m high concrete ramp. As the height of the bus floor is 0.6m, the ramp with the 4m long platinum easily aligns -0.6m with a permitted 8% slope of the stevedoring regulation.
🚀 Introducing our new HYDRAULIC LOADING DOCK
We’re excited to present a new generation loading solution designed for efficiency, safety, and smooth workflow in modern logistics.
HYDRAULIC LOADING DOCK is a powerful tandem system combining a scissor lift and a ramp.
Here’s how it works:
🔹 Once a sea container is positioned for loading, a horizontal hydraulic platform rises from the pit.
🔹 The movement lifts the ramp, creating a stable access bridge.
🔹 A horizontal bridge then slides forward from the platform directly into the container — preparing the dock for seamless loading operations.
🔹 After the work is complete, the platform descends back into the pit, aligning perfectly with the warehouse floor.
This smart engineering ensures:
✔️ Faster loading cycles
✔️ Safe, ergonomic operation
✔️ Efficient use of warehouse space
✔️ Smooth integration with existing logistics processes
Proud to bring innovation that supports the future of industrial logistics and warehouse automation.

🔹 MULTIFUNCTIONAL LOADING RAMP 🔹
Our hydraulically operated multifunctional loading ramp is designed for maximum flexibility in everyday logistics operations.
✔ Suitable for loading:
• Minivans (floor height 600 mm)
• Jumbo trailers (800 mm)
• LKW trailers (1200 mm)
• Sea containers (1450 mm)
🚜 Additionally, the ramp can be used as a bridge, allowing forklifts to safely drive directly from the warehouse to the yard area.
A reliable solution for efficient, safe, and versatile loading processes.

It is designed to compensate for height differences between a warehouse floor and a truck trailer during loading and unloading operations.
If there is sufficient space available in the warehouse, and the warehouse floor level is recessed by approximately 800 mm relative to the yard level, a hydraulic dock ramp with an elevated approach (estacade) can be installed.
When a truck trailer is parked at the warehouse gate, its floor height is typically around 1200 mm. This creates a level difference of about 400 mm between the warehouse floor and the trailer floor.
The hydraulic platform effectively bridges this gap, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient movement of goods between the warehouse and the vehicle.
