 They are suitable for lifting people with reduced mobility when installing certain constructional elements (armrests, bumpers, braille buttons, protective thresholds, special floor coverings, etc.), and electronic items in bracket-type lifts.  Disabled lifts are also manufactured by modifying scissor lifts.
