Loading estacades are mobile and stationary. Their peculiarity is that the front part of the overpass platform is supported on the ground, and the bridge to the truck trailer is folded horizontally from a vertical position and placed on the bottom of the trailer but does not perform the support function (as in the case of a typical mobile ramp). Its function is to make a way to the trailer and to compensate within small limits (+60mm -80mm) for the floating height of the trailer bottom during loading.
It is a mobile ramp with a load capacity of 5 tons, which is designed to carry out loading operations through the opening of the building from the warehouse directly to the truck. The front bridge is pushed to the outside of the building. After the loading work is completed, it is retracted.

An electrohydraulic pump controls the ramps of this model. Before the trailer is parked on the front axle of the ramp, the hydraulic hand pump is used to lift the rake section. The truck trailer with the open tailgate is then parked under the front axle of the ramp. Then the non-return valve of the hydraulic pump is opened and the ramp bridge slowly descends onto the trailer's floor. At the front of the ramp, the chains on both sides are retracted through the holes in the rear side of the trailer and fixed to the special anchors on the ramp. Loading can be started.
