LOADING ESTACADES

Loading estacades are available in both mobile and stationary configurations, providing flexible solutions for various loading environments. Their distinctive feature lies in the structural design: the front section of the platform is directly supported on the ground, ensuring stability and consistent load distribution during operation.

Unlike conventional mobile ramps, the connecting bridge (lip) is designed to fold down horizontally from a vertical resting position onto the trailer floor. This bridge does not serve as a load-bearing element; instead, its primary function is to create a smooth transition path between the estacade platform and the trailer.

Additionally, the bridge compensates for minor vertical movements of the trailer during loading operations, accommodating height variations within a tolerance range of approximately +60 mm to -80 mm. This ensures continuous contact and safe material handling even as the trailer height shifts under load.
